'Neelkanth Engineering' manufactures Color Coating Lines ranging from simple, semi-continuous with Electric, Gas fired, infra-red ovens to high speed continuous lines with a standard catenary's and "floater-type" convection oven or electrical heated type. These lines can be designed for solvent based liquids like Alkyds, acrylics, epoxies, organosols, plasterols, phenolics, polyesters, polyurethenes, vinyls, PVDF/PVDF-2, upto a strip thickness of 0.11mm to 1.60 and higher. 'Neelkanth Engineering' has come up with special modular lines. These lines can be developed in stages, with small installed capacity in the beginning, increasing to a high capacity; with minimum possible downtime & cost. This technique is very helpful for the customers in developing countries who are trying to develop market for Color Coated Material.
